Required to develop and design land development projects to include plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Use computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare

engineering and design documents for each land development project. Prepare written technical reports and engineering studies using approved company format. Help Identify and analyze the principal design features and major design alternatives that satisfy the project's purpose. Required to compare the significant parameters of each project and analyze design alternatives to fit each project's needs. Requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
