Opening November 2024, this 54-bed facility will be a full-service, acute care hospital bringing an elevated level of care to the rapidly growing area of San Antonio and its neighboring communities to the West. - -Sodexo offers excellent benefits:

  • Be a Registered Dietitian with acute care experience and demonstrate -a great clinical knowledge base; preferably have NICU experience;
  • have proven supervisory or management experience with an aptitude for program growth and development;
  • Hold a highly visible role interacting with our client and represents the department on medical, nursing and interdisciplinary committees;
  • provide operational oversight of the clinical nutrition department;
  • work as part of the clinical team and play an integral role with a mission to exceed client satisfaction through the application of Sodexo programs;
  • also assist the department in monitoring all Patient Satisfaction indicators (tray audits, host audits, meal rounds & assessments;

Qualifications & Requirements: Basic Education Requirement:Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) -For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) - -Credentials Requirement:Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. - In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice.
