• CONTRACT - RN - CHARGE NURSE - FLOAT POOL - 7:00A-7:00P. NO ON CALL REQUIRED. TELE EXP.
  • Job Requirements
  • Must have: RN, 2 years RN/PCT, experience preferred but not required
  • Preferred or nice to have: ACLS nurses, CPR PCT
    • Schedule Information
    • Shifts: All shifts, 24/7
    • Weekends: Every other
      • Unit Specific Information
      • The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit
      • Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient ratios, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff
      • General Information about the unit(s): Number of Beds - Float pool, Number of Staff, Patient Ratios, Type of equipment, EMR - Meditech
      • Typical hiring profile: Skill Set Most recruited for (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters), Typical procedures performed on units, Awards/Recognition
      • Any additional information that would entice a worker to select your unit for their assignment: Consider items such as new equipment or technology, tenure and experience of staff, schedule options, etc.

        • Best personality Fit: Able to float from one unit to another daily
        • Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire
