Job Description:
THIS IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY for Experienced Inbound Customer
Service Professionals to join a dynamic, well-known
energy/utilities company located near downtown Austin. As a Call
Center Customer Service Professionals you will answer incoming
calls regarding new and existing customers accounts, questions,
concerns and billing inquiries.

Near Downtown Austin - Barton Springs Rd
SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The ideal candidate must be a dependable, team player with a
professional "can-do" attitude. Must be able to multi-task and be
well organized with precise attention to detail. Advanced computer
and data entry skills are necessary in order to be successful in
this rapidly changing work environment!
Inbound Customer Service Representative Duties and
Responsibilities:
? Answer a high volume of Inbound Customer calls and provide
professional customer service to City of Austin Citizens
? Maintain a professional ?Customer First? positive attitude.
? With poise and a professional attitude, respond to irate,
difficult and challenging customers.
? Input information and request timely and accurately while
assisting the customer
Knowledge
? Advanced Internet and data base navigation skills required.
? Intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Office with a basic
knowledge level of Microsoft Word and Excel.
? Must be able to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment.
Skills and Abilities
? Ability to actively listen and exercise good individual
judgment.
? Clear verbal and proficient written communication skills
? Strong problem solving skills
? Excellent customer service skills, including strong de-escalation
skills and a desire to meet and exceed customer and company
expectations.
? Proficient Multi-tasking skills: listen, comprehend, research,
document and respond to customer request effectively and in a
timely manner.
? Stay focused during times of high call volume
SCHEDULE:
5 week paid training: Monday ? Friday 8am to 5pm. After training,
Candidates must have flexible schedule availability for shifts
during operating hours of Monday - Friday 7 AM to 9 PM with a
Saturday rotation. Every New Hire Class starts with the 12pm to 9pm
shift after training.
EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus at
least 1 year of recent call center-customer service experience
preferably in Account Maintenance, Billing and or Collections.
