Associate will drive operational excellence, orchestrate seamless
logistics, and provide crucial support across our portfolio of
Working Professional and Executive MBA (WP/E MBA)
programs.ResponsibilitiesProgram Operations
- Merchandise Management: Support the procurement, distribution
and inventory of custom branded merchandise.
- Faculty Support: Provide comprehensive support to faculty,
including managing travel authorizations, initiating instructor
payments, and overseeing course evaluation processes.
- Facility Management: Manage on-campus classroom reservations
for WP/E MBA class sessions.
- Cross-Program Collaboration: Work closely with WP/E MBA program
leadership and staff to support the unique operational needs of
each program.
- Data Management: Maintain meticulous records, files, and
databases related to the WP/E MBA program portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Support: Engage in and support
cross-functional projects and initiatives involving other
departments such as admissions, career management, finance and
business affairs
- Technology Management: Maintain up-to-date WP/E MBA staff
computer inventory.
- Communication Management: Maintain up-to-date WP/E MBA faculty
distribution lists.Strategic Initiatives
- Provide high-level administrative support for WP/E MBA program
strategic initiatives.
- Contribute valuable insights on current processes and play a
key role in planning and implementing process
improvements.Executive Support
- Provide executive-level support to Senior Assistant Dean,
managing calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements with
precision and foresight.
- Coordinate seamlessly with various departments to plan and
execute department meetings.Assists with additional administrative
duties as assigned.Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and one year of experience, or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Service-minded approach to executing job functions.
- Sharp attention to detail, innovative problem-solving skills,
and collaborative attitude.
- Excel at turning challenges into opportunities.
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills, both written and
verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and other common office
technology.
- Ability to work occasional evening and weekend hours and
conduct in-state travel in support of job duties.
- Relevant education and experience may be substituted as
appropriate.Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years' experience performing complex
administrative functions.
- Experience in an academic or higher education setting.
- Knowledge of MBA program operations or prior work in
graduate-level education.
- Knowledge of university procurement and payment policies.
- Experience working with self-supporting degree programs.Salary
Range$43,000+ depending on qualificationsWorking Conditions
