We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Functional Architect with 11 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Manhattan DOM WMOS and Manhattan Integration FW as well as a strong background in Merchandising Finance and Accounting. This role involves designing and implementing functional solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency. Role: Manhanttan Functional Architect Location: Austin, TX Experience: 12+ Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $140,000/Year to $160,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans. • Lead the design and implementation of functional solutions using Manhattan DOM WMOS and Manhattan Integration FW to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the integration of Manhattan WMS with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated experience in Manhattan Active (MAWM)
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and design documents to guide the development process.
• Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in system design and implementation.
• Manage and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the implementation process.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with overall business strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in Manhattan solutions. Qualifications
  • Possess extensive experience with Manhattan DOM WMOS and Manhattan Integration FW.
  • Demonstrate strong domain expertise in Merchandising Finance and Accounting.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Showcase strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Display a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in a related field.
  • Have experience in leading cross-functional teams.
  • Show proficiency in developing functional specifications and design documents. Must Have: Certified Manhattan DOM Professional Certified Manhattan WMOS Specialist
