Job Description:

We are looking for reliable and skilled workers to contribute to our outdoor precast concrete construction projects. These positions will involve a range of tasks, from manual labor to operating heavy machinery, all in an outdoor, physically demanding work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General Laborer:

Assist with the preparation, pouring, and curing of precast concrete.


Clean and prepare construction sites, including handling tools, materials, and equipment.


Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks.


Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.


Follow safety protocols and report any hazards to supervisors.


Perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.



Rebar Buster:

Break and remove old or damaged rebar in concrete structures.


Prepare and clean rebar before installation.


Assist in placing and tying new rebar as part of the concrete pouring process.


Use hand tools and power tools to cut and bend rebar as required.


Ensure rebar is placed and aligned according to project specifications.



Forklift Operator:

Operate forklifts to move materials, equipment, and precast concrete products around the construction site.


Safely load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.


Ensure the proper handling of heavy materials to avoid damage and injury.


Inspect forklift equipment regularly and perform minor maintenance tasks.


Maintain communication with the team to coordinate the movement of materials.



Heavy Equipment Operator:

Operate heavy machinery such as cranes, loaders, backhoes, and bulldozers for the handling and transport of precast concrete products.


Ensure equipment is in safe working condition and report any maintenance needs.


Follow all safety protocols when operating heavy equipment.


Coordinate with other workers to efficiently move and place materials in the correct positions.


Assist with lifting and placing large precast elements as needed.



Requirements:

General Laborer:

Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required.


Ability to lift heavy materials and work in an outdoor environment.


Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.


Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols.




Rebar Buster:

Experience working with rebar in concrete construction projects preferred.


Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.


Knowledge of safety protocols when working with rebar.


Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.




Forklift Operator:

Valid forklift certification is required.


Previous experience operating forklifts in a construction environment is preferred.


Ability to safely transport heavy materials and products.


Strong communication skills to work with team members.




Heavy Equipment Operator:

Valid certification or training in heavy equipment operation.


Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a construction setting preferred.


Ability to follow all safety protocols and handle heavy machinery with precision.


Strong communication and teamwork skills.





Working Conditions:

This is an outdoor construction role, requiring the ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and dust.


The job may involve physical labor, including lifting, standing, and bending for extended periods.


Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.
